Bodice Boning
Time: 3 minutesAfter the edges we pipe the bone case for the center front. This will be the only place we’ll be putting a bone case and a ridged plastic bone will be inserted. Topstitching will finish off this part of the bodice.

Time: 14 minutesCenter front, middle front , side front panels are now seamed. The seam allowance on the princess seam is discussed and the importance of maintaining the bust curve. The center back and side back are seamed and piping the edges takes place. I’ll also grade the top of the bodice at the peak to keep that top edge smooth for topstitching.

Connecting Back Net Layers
