The client orders something online that sounds perfect and when they get it, it’s a complete disappointment. Or the competition date is approaching and the costume they ordered seems to be lost. These things happen to us when we order trims that are not the same color they present on screen or just never seem to arrive in time. What do we do? We do some creative problem solving!
