Time: 18 minutesThe Johnson Ruffler Machine is a complex machine with a simple task. It’s a copy of the vintage Singer class 15 with a unique conversion. The feed cam on the feed shaft has been rotated 180 degrees. This allows the addition of a ruffler arm to draw back and push the fabric in neat, consistent folds and stitched to hold the folds. It’s perfect for making ruffled net layers for tutu skirts.
